What if we go over our customer limit?
We will bill you for a pro-rated upgrade that co-terms with your current subscription.
How long is your implementation process?
Every new customer receives an initial kick-off session where we guide you through ProRata’s configuration. This typically takes between 30 minutes and an hour.
Do you offer support?
Support is included in each plan. You can request support via email or in-app chat.
